Holidays with kids are so much fun. We're in the phase where Benson doesn't really know what's going on yet but it's fun to celebrate with him and remember for ourselves why we celebrate these holidays. 

Easter is especially fun because it gives us a change to celebrate the atonement of Jesus Christ. I love the atonement because Jesus Christ sacrificed his life so that he could comfort us when we're in trouble, struggling or feel just utterly alone. 

This video really helped me to understand that because of that atonement I can always turn to my Savior, Jesus Christ.

There's a part in this video where Mary Magdalen is searching in the tomb for Christ and she has tears streaming down her face. Then she turns around and sees her Savior and she feels relief.

I love this visual representation of Christ bringing comfort just because Mary found him.  

When we face sad or trying times we often feel alone and we're constantly searching for one person to help us, comfort us and help us continue on. We have that person in the Savior, Jesus Christ. Because he died, because he was resurrected, #BecauseHELives we will always have someone to support us when we need it.
